Rock tombs

The Lycian Rock Tombs carved into the rock face above the reed beds are the
resting places of the kings of Caunos. Dating from the 4th century BC, there are two
types of tombs to be found here - simple chambers and more elaborate temple tombs.
Entrance is now closed to the general public due to vandalism.
